Today I’m going to run a shorter piece. Not only because I’m on a tight schedule, but mostly because there is so much noise around the topic that I don’t want to add on top of it.
The left is screaming doom, worrying about all the starved kids in Africa. I’m being sarcastic, because I know that these programs are not especially effective - try doing business in Africa and you will quickly see that there is a deep systemic cause to all the issues starting with corruption. At the same time the right is cheering as if a major victory was won. Spoiler alert - it wasn’t.
So let’s split the signal from the noise. X is already hardly usable with both sides screaming into the void.
